Re: RIP Ratan Tata !!

Mr Ratan Tata, a fine gentleman of the old school.
We will never see the like of him again. That era is over.
As Alfred, Lord Tennyson wrote in his immortal poem ‘Morte d’Arthur’, ‘The Old order changeth, yielding place to the New.’

His compassion, love for animals especially the pet dogs at Bombay House and the Taj, his care for his people and sheer integrity will always remain an inspiration to the rest of the world.

To quote Horatio as he bids farewell to Hamlet, Prince of Denmark in Shakespeare’s play of the same name; ‘Now cracks a noble heart. Good night, sweet prince, And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest'.

RIP Mr Tata.

OM Shanti
A true visionary, a true son of the soil.

The man behind bringing a comman man to own a 4 wheels with small money, for me he'll be the Indica and Nano creator.

Who would have imagined moving an entire assembled TATA Nano plant 2k kms from WB to Gujarat, because of the wim of a neta. Hat's off, take a bow.

RIP.

A true blue legend. There will never be anyone like him. Never seen anyone as simple and humble as that man.

It is indeed difficult to find a person who left such an incredible legacy on the Indian industrial landscape, post liberalisation. He is a true inspiration to future generations not only for his vision for the Tatas, but the entire country. Om Shanti, Ratan Tata san.

End of an era! A big loss to the country. A true Indian legend.

Ratan Tata came from a family of industrialists who believed that success is nothing, if it did not benefit the society.

A staggering 66% of the Tata’s profits goes into charity by way of Tata Trusts.
His vision took Tata where it is today. And it’s not only him, but his forefathers legacy that is what Tata is today.

If you want to read briiefly about the Tatas, then read this National bestseller book.

re: Padma Vibhushan Ratan N Tata passes away at 86

The man was a league apart, his vision for bringing in the Tata Nano for a small family which remained unsafe on the road when they traveled on a bike still brings the goosebumps!

A man is not for what material things he possesses but what thoughts and visions he has and how much he can bring to reality using all his powers. If this was a metric to measure a man, no Indian could stand before this man in the Indian automobile industry.

Om Shanti, Legend!
