New Tyres: BF GoodRich All-Terrain T/A K/O

Installed these new tyres BF GoodRich All-Terrain T/A (235/70 R16) on my Safari 2.2 Vx 4WD before my recent trip to manali, solang valley, prashar.
Grip was quite good as compared to stock H/T tyres on snow and slush.

Road noise is almost same as of Highway Terrain tyres.
On-road grip is a bit less .

Arindam - your beast certainly looks great for a 2005 model! BTW - doesn't the LX come with side steps. My 2.2 LX did!

Aman - fantastic pics. BTW - how much did those roof lights cost and where did you get them from? How effective are they? Do the police ever give you any grief because of those lights. Was reading somewhere on this forum that mounting auxiliary lights above the stock headlight level is illegal and hence this question!

Nope, it didn't.

@Aman: Can you give the details of the rooftop lights, they are really cool. BTW, isn't the rule is to have all extra lights below the headlight level?

I bought these roof lights from Khanna Traders, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.
They costed me Rs.5000/- with wiring and fitting.
They are helpful on Highway crusing because they provide low beam light while main headlights are in high beam. But light is not so bright.
Not yet stopped by cops coz in cities I keep them turned off.
