This is really sad.!
And whats worse is that people/police/gov/newspapers will remember this for like 10-15 days then back to square one.

Hope the fire at taj is brought under control and firemen are allowed inside once safe. It'll be a shame for such a heritage structure to burn.

The dome that caught fire holds crores worth of paintings which would have been destroyed!

CRAP! CRAP! CRAP!!!

I don’t know when our government will get some copters for the police service, at least in these kind of worst scenarios they should be keeping a close watch on the buildings from all over, and react fast.

I still cannot believe how they can let 3 Terrorists to escape in a car.

By the way what is Mr T and his son doing?

GOD DAMNIT give the Army the "Go" already. The Police are clearly not equipped to deal with this. I saw the officer who died go in with a standard police issue vest, my god atleast give them kevlar, you guys have no idea how useless that is against a kalashnikov.
This is insane. And the Police have no choice but to go in when the situation calls, they cannot wait for the centre to commision reinforcements via the forces...

Exterminate these vermin. Bring them out in body-bags, launch immediate offensives against their rat holes and take no prisoners. Anti-progress, anti-humanity pieces of nonsense.

You need 1 helicopter to drop 10-15 paramilitary units on the roof. Move from top to bottom while ground forces move from bottom to top and sandwich them. Current ground forces are checking each room from bottom and moving up, which gives the terrorists in the dome a couple of hours.

Every other nation's security forces must be laughing at us.

@Netfreak
Thats good to hear. Any news of an official engage command?
God bless all those who have/are suffering :(

This is what happens when you dont do your job, or dont let others do it.
The entire administration relaxed, played political games and protected interests(mostly personal). Who were these politicians your guess is as good as mine. One was caught in the 1993 blasts but acquitted and runs a swoosh restaurant chain.
They protected accussed so as to not disturb the vote bank and maintained status quo.
Police and administration were helpless with happless laws made.
Not a single convict is executed. Why ??

People who could make a difference were targetted, reason being votebank again.
The ATS were busy chasing the people who could make a difference, filing charges, torturing them when all they attempted was to make a difference.
They did not target an innocent crowd but the nerve centre for all this terror.
Hope the decision makers or atleast, the executioners realise this.

Salute to those who risked their life and reputation for the betterment of all.

Please vote for a party that doesnot dabble in many things and policy of apeasement.

PS- United States witnessed only one terror attack, and is unlike to be repeated in recent times.

I was at Marine Drive and yes, heard gun shots as well as saw the men in so called action.

Planning and Equipment.
  • Standing at the signal they were trying to scan through cars on a high speed four lane road (dont know whether to laugh or cry at this).
  • Guns were prehistoric carbine and .303 rifles.
  • Bulletproof vests looked like 20+ kilo cloaks with officers not bothering to even secure them with straps
  • For head gear, helmets for twowheeler use, which i doubt will even be ISI mark.
This is the state of the police force of the nations financial capital.
