As for the song: Nope. It aint Billy Joel. Looks like Neil Diamond to me, although I aint a big fan. Play me is title of the track.

Vicky Cristina Barcelona. Can't be mistaken for anything else. The most unabashed pickup line I've heard in all my life. And that too while the guy met the two girls for the first time. (Ok, Scarlett had been giving him the looks for some time).

It is supposed to be a comeback of sorts for Woody Allen. Best supporting actress oscar was grabbed by Penelope Cruz for her role in this movie. Vicky and Cristina are played by Rebecca Hall and Scarlet Johansson respectively. They were together in The Prestige too.

It is indeed a very nice movie, shot in Barcelona, starring 3 very attractive ladies. It is written & directed by Woody Allen.
