Recently bought a v8 Tissot. From what I have read, this seems to be the most common brand here :)

Got this Fossile one few days back. will try to take a picture and post, its similar to this one with metal strap.

Bought it today itself.
Casio Edifice.

Previous ones are -
2 Nauticas and 1 Guess.

My friend is looking for a watch and budget is 10K. I asked him to check Edifice series by Casio. Is there any other good options at this price range?

I got Swatch for 8k and Tommy Hilfiger for just above 11k.

Off Topic: Guys do you know where one can get fake/first copy of Rolex/TagH/Tissot etc (In Pune/Mbai)? One of my friends was asking me.

I see so many folks addicted to Edifice. No takers for the Pathfinder/Pro-Trekker? What I have noticed is that even for watches there is a 80% price difference between India and Amazon. I was not expecting that.

A Tri-Sensor Tough Solar Pro-Trekker/Pathfinder costs 9K in Amazon, while the same costs 16K in India!

Rado, Seiko and Citizen are very old imported watches.. way back in 1990's my uncle bought it from Saudi. the new ones were bought by me during the visits to U.S. & Dubai

Nice seamaster Jeeper - I was seriously looking at this / second hand rolex before my wife reset my budget to about 1/6th o_0.

Do you have the metal strap too? IMO, I liked the metal strap - I am assuming that adds a hell a lot of weight though!

It will attract a 30% duty at the customs on the invoice price . Personally, I wouldnt suggest this method. I think Malabar Gold sells Tag Heur.

Heera Panna has some very convincing fakes in told. Tell your friend to check there.
