I don’t think applying some sort of Oil really helps, it’s mainly the 'Placebo' effect i.e., if you are told something is effective it usually works because your attitude changes. You said 'without changing my diet too much' but I presume you did change a little, that along with a feeling in your head that you will loose weight must have initiated your weight loss!

Did you check if you lost weight only around your midriff? If you have lost weight totally then it is a sure sign that weight loss was due to your changed attitude towards a healthier life (loose weight) and reduced food intake and not W2O.

I 'Googled' W2O and it came up with a link which has significantly no information, yes it does say something about loosing weight but nothing about the scientific tests done, what are the active ingridents (some ambiguous info like ‘Garcinia and other PROVEN Ayurvedic’) or what proves that it does work. Do not rely on testimonials, if those were true then all the stuff on Telemarketing are genuine and effective or worth it!

If you want to loose weight, this what I understand & follow:

1. Have the mindset to loose weight. (not just feeling the need to loose weight when you overstuff yourself for lunch/dinner/any serving, but the feeling should be persistent)

2. Eat healthy. (Having the right mindset also means making adjustments in what you eat, when you eat and how much you eat)

3. Burn calories. (These do not go away if you have some medication or at least that alone will never do it. All of the medication requires you to control food intake and make other adjustments to lifestyle which basically means that even if the medication or tablet or whatever is not actually able to do what it claims it can do, at least the lifestyle adjustments will ensure some results).

4. Do not expect that there is one solution for all. (Just because some diet and workout regime worked for your friend does not mean that it needs to work for you, YOU need to find out what works for you!)

5. Be consistent. (Making adjustments for one day/week/month will not help, you need to be consistent if you want to loose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you cannot do some workout or consume more food at an office/social meeting, make necessary adjustments when you can i.e. do not push yourself too much ‘DO WHAT IS REALISTIC’. You cannot be in your ancestral home {assuming it to be a rural part [mine is]} and expect a gym there!!)

Be realistic and you should be OK!

Here is my story for you all,

I touched the 110 mark last Jan 09 and was very much unhappy with it as i could fit only in 42/44 inches pants and everyone of my friends was making fun of me, i also had a nick name called FATTY.

Then i decided to do something about it and i was not worried about my friends calling me names but i was worried what will happen in another 5 yrs or so.

So decided to go reduce weight and started googling about it. then one of my aunts who is a nurse in a hospital adviced me to do dieting along with excersie. So started off my weight reducing streek from feb 09.

Here are my daily list

@4:30am Get up, Get ready and go to beach (i stay very near to beach in ECR chennai) my routine is daily 12kms walking cum jogging (mixed)

Breakfast: 1 glass Oats drink
Lunch: 2 chappaties with 1 egg white and some cucumber
Dinner: 1 glass oats drink

in between have apples if i feel hungry

snacks/fastfood/tea/coffee/sugar/etc.. all a strict no no.

All this dieting should be only for 6 days a week and sunday just relax yourself with normal foods you like as your body needs all the energy

Now my weight is 86kgs and i have maintained it for a month now and slowly relaxing my diet part with normal meals during lunch.

I started off with 110kgs with 44 Inches -- Now am 86 kgs with 35inches :D

i still have some belly left and trying my best to reduce to 82 kgs by Jan 2010.

I must say the end results are amazing...one of my friend who saw me nearly after a year could not recognize me in first look and that made me very happy :D

Wow! Hats off to you. How tall are you? I'm around 6 feet but need to lose at least 20 kilos. Maybe I should follow your diet and exercise plan. Problem is I like food too much, especially sweets. :(
