Officially the doomsday prediction has met its doomsday

and we all are alive. We all still have to pay our income taxes, Housing EMI's, Credit card bills etc. And we have to live happily till we have the next doomsday declared. All the best.

Apparently , they had given the "Project Apocalypse" to an specialist team. The Project Manager was very experienced in IT projects. After working on it for so long, the team realised that the requirements were not clear. Though the end of the world was mentioned in the requirements document, it did not explicitly specify Planet Earth as the place of execution.
Hence, the execution was done on Planet Nibiru (NASA scientists now know the reason for the explosion of Planet Nibiru, 23 million light years from Planet Earth on Dec 21, 2012).

Now the Apocalypse team have asked for a CR to re-work on the pending functionality, and re-execute it on Earth. The revised project end-date has been decided as Dec 21, 2121. Time 21:21.

Until then, "Utzul Mank'inal " - "Happy (Mayan) New Year" in a Mayan language (of Yucatec )
