Thanks Ravvs. Actually my original RC is filed in court. I need to file a petition in the morning (any day) and will get my RC the same day EOD.

For me the waiting at the court is the most depressing thing a guy can be made to do .I did it a couple of times then i always made it a point to move out of the court premises and come back only at the required time. Firstly the sight of Black dress clad people in large numbers and then the feeling that you are surrounded by a crowd of people majority of who have a criminal background is not a really good .

No offence to any of the lawyers in the forum.

Exactly, we should let the eyes divert for a split second and only to check the mirror and not for anything else. Some of the things that i stopped doing after the incident is :-

1. Take long glances at hoardings
2. Check out a nice car in the opposite lane
3. Most importantly, stopped leering at girls that includes turning back or looking at my rearview mirror for unnecessarily long time

yeah the police reported to the judge that there are no witnesses who will come to testify , so next week the MVI and the police will testify , one month later the judgement will be pronounced unless something goes really bad.
