So, whenever someone drives rashly, there's a saying in Malayalam- "Vaayu gulika vangan povukayano". Which means, "Are you going for Air Tablet (capsule)". It's a sarcastic statement, for "Are you running out of breath?".

For better understanding, correlate between "breath" and "air tablet". Let's say, you are at a higher altitude and struggling to breathe, that's when someone passing by tells you that, there's a place not far away, where you can buy capsules filled with air in it (air tablets!) which will help you revive. Trust a mallu to speak a metaphor that only another mallu would understand. I was thinking on the lines of a tablet for gastroenteritis or similar "eno" type situation

Vayu gulika (tablet to fix 'Vayu') is used to treat gas/bloating. Hence the rush to buy it before a fart becomes a shart! Perfectly applies to the local bus drivers.
