I had visited the Mantri Mall last week, the main reason for traffic getting blocked is they are not managing the entrance correctly, the security guys are new and incapable of managing things, many of the people park outside the mall and make a mess of the traffic. I feel Mantri builders need to come out of their air conditioned cabins and see how things are being managed. Just by Investiings huge money it doesnt make it as India's biggest mall, it needs to be managed well also, 'Builders' please use a bit of common sense. Else it will become another Sigma Mall after sometime.
