In North America now especially in California there has been a large increase in what is described as "eco-vandalism". People see large gas guzzling vehicles like the Hummers and vandalize them, scratch them, poor paint on them etc, to send a message to their owners. Neither I nor this site condones illegal acts. I am just reporting the news.
