But, it did not had the power steering then and the lady anchoring the show commented how hard it was to drive the gypsy with those 'balloon tyres'. She had then suggested the actor to get a Power steering installed/those tyres replaced if he was serious about rallying/off roading.
I remember her saying, "with these tyres and no power assist the gypsy won't go thru the first corner of the raid''

Those were the initial days of the gypsy where no power steering was available. Then with the help of Hormaz Sorabji he got Maruti to fit a Hydrolic power steering unit in the car. He did not change anything else in car and i believe now Maruti gives power steering in all Gypsys. I am telling you he just loves his Gypsy. If i were to drive off with the Q7 and bang it he would not be perturbed, but if i do the same with the Gypsy then he would be misrable.

He has had almost 10 bikes from when he started riding, but they have always been one bike at a time. This is the only time two are with him at the same time. Busa from lady love and R1 from Yamaha.

Nope, power steering isn't offered on Gypsies. Personally, I like the Gypsy that way (i.e. Simple).

BMW X6 driven by The Khans. Spotted Sohail Khan giving an autograph to a kiddo & then sneaking out of his place at Bandra in a boxer.

Nice snaps there buddy. IIRC, Sohail have a Q7 and the X6 was gifted to Sallu Mia by Parsoli Motors. Maybe they use it across the family. But still nothing stole the spot-light from Sallu's M5 yet.

Are they expecting a premium resale value just coz it was owned by them?

No it is at market value. None of their cars or any other film personality cars go on the name value but on condition and the prices prevailing in the market for them.

Film cars depreciate more than regular ones = 99% are abused and driven by many people, and major major corners are cut on service and parts. A lot of these guys are not really car buffs, they use their cars in rough manner and to them it is just a status symbol no matter what anyone says here I have seen all their cars, and when they come up for sale they are totally in bad shape and trust me they are all abused baring a few select owners who keep their car's longer and in better shape as they are buffs and their public personalities too show the same attitude = soft spoken and without any controversy around them. So here goes some names of the good guys:

Anil Kapoor good taste low key and car's are not abused, I still recall his Audi 100 bought in 1987/88. Same goes for Akshay kumar, Niel Nitin Mukesh (a little new to the scene), Pental (his orange VW bus was scratch less), Dilip Kumar, Menakshi Sheshadari's Honda Accord was very well kept - she sold it whens she left India, Danny Dazouppa his 190 with body kit was intact for decades = these guys really fuss over their cars the rest just abuse the day lights. Soem new breed ones to seem responsible as they keep good drivers who don't all and sundry to drive = Priyanka Chopra, Ranbir Kapoor, and Imran Khan (the only khan who keeps them well and I know this seem responsible as their cars are scratchless but new as well. Priyanka's old white w211 E270 CDI was well kept before she swapped into the latest
