Yamaha R1 and R6..Both belongs to good freinds of mine. i.e no issue on showing Liscense Plates..

btw..if you notice, in the first pic the wheel is slightly off the road. Talk about Power

Wow! Awesome snaps of the bikes. I guess a pic of both these bikes at a petrol bunk are already there in the Superbikes in India thread in TBHP. BTW I have heard that importing 600cc bikes are considered illegal by the Government. Is it true? If yes then till what extent because there are lots of 600cc bikes around the country specially in Bangalore. Sorry for being a bit OT, but I was just curious.

@unknownsatan - The R6 is still in here but the R1 was soldoff just 2 weeks back.. =(

@arjunrudra - the R1 was bought from Bengaluru..since it have'nt been outside the state..but as i said above..it was sold 2 weeks ago..dont know where she is now

@hanmust - Yep..these wer the ones in the show..but it was 2 R1's(black and red), 1 R6, and 1 Kawasaki ZR7..actually the group is much bigger cos some guys owns more than one bikes and the best of em all was a 'Hayabusa which was sold a year back..now the red R1 too had to take the leave..

@//M - Yep..that pic was that of a Roadtrip from Trivandrum to Attingal..

The scene is very near to my home..There is a Food/Coffee Joint in our place n where people come to have a good time..But numerous blokes come to "show off there newly aquired stunting skills and rides and they end up hitting someone and recently killing a govt. employee..Dont know what they really are trying to prove and to whom..As it has become a big issue since it is a posh residential area mostly consisting of Polititians, Film Personalities n Business Giants..it was pretty easy for them to make a call and to disperse a truckload of cops after these boys..but the terrible thing is because of them..even innocent guys who visit the joint and spent time in there would be under cops eyes and at times would be questioned n all..

Nope..Initially the guy with the red R1 was once busted for speeding..after that..he quit it for good in city limits..anyways as of now when the scene has worsened..The R1 has found a new owner and the R6 is peacefully at home as its owner is back at work abroad..*Peace*
