OT: That looks like Amity Campus if I am right!

BTW, I was at Lamborghini dealership during past week, saw metal worth close to 80 crores. 2 Arnage and 1 Arnage T, 2 Mulsannes, lots of other Bentleys, 3 Rolls Royces, the Aventador, 3 Gallardos, 2 Ferrari F430 and the mighty Bugatti Veyron. Then, there is this Yellow Ferrari 458 Italia, silver California and white Ferrari FF at the Ferrari New Delhi dealership. Sorry, no pics since there isn't any point taking pics at dealerships. Just went there to admire the cars and have some car-talks.

re: Supercars & Imports : Delhi

Yesterday night spotted a matt black BMW M3 near Panchsheel Park.
Been driven very sedately and at very low speed.
Couldn't click as I was driving and it was 12:45 in the night!
Cheers!

Is it just me, or does the rear window look far too slanted in the second pic? Here's another picture for reference

Spotted this 500 with Italian flag stripes at side, I am not sure is this a standard thing on all 500 or an optional thing.

The Cayenne doing what is second nature to the LC. Looks like Dubai number plates , never the less the cayenne on sand isn't looking half as ugly as on tarmac.

Tarmac or sand Cayennes are good looking I don't know why you used the word "ugly" an drive in a Turbo Cayenne will definitely change the way you think about Cayennes

PS all the Cayennes came with slanting rear not exceptions or size/angle differences, the pictures might have different angles hence looking different.

re: Supercars & Imports : Delhi

^^Looks are very subjective in nature One Man's Katherine Zeta Jones could be other man's Rakhi Sawant but I am petty sure given an option most of the bhpians will tick the Ugly box for first generation Cayenne.

And yes you are right about one not calling it ugly while driving one as he/she won't be able to see it.

Anyway on this note I would like to say that new gen Cayenne is a looker.

re: Supercars & Imports : Delhi

^^OT:: completely agree with kishan. the vehicle starts seeming beautiful if it drives well. the same happened to me after i drove the cayenne turbo.

to come to think of it they don't make cars as beautiful as they used to about 2-3 decades back. those cars indeed were beautiful.

but as they say - beauty is only skin deep.

few examples of old beauties VS their newer avatars
1. sl500 gull wing VS sls amg (in my books the sl500 wins hands down purely on the beauty front)
2. 1960's ford mustang VS the newer ford mustangs
3. 1961 corvette VS the current generation
4. the earlier cadillacs, bentleys, rolls royces, beemers, and heck even bugattis. these cars were made to look beautiful and they went fast with it. nowadays cars are made to go fast - and the beauty just is a hope.

re: Supercars & Imports : Delhi

@ KISHAN - I find the Cayenne ugly . I dont question the Porsche engineering which i think is a marvel specially the way this SUV drives but visually it is a toad . And toads are not pretty unless you Austin Stevens or Brady Barr. Good to know you find it pretty , i know alot of people who do and much more who dont.

There is no SL500 gullwing, you surely mean the 300SL gullwing.
