It could be the M series or the ugly modded 5 series with those fake tips.
It might most probably be the M3 as it known to be around the area.
But the color bluish grey confuses me, there are pictures of that m3 in the previous pages.
Or it could even be the M5.

Yes, the 350 has different bumpers. Still it is hard to recognise as the 200 Kompressor gets the same bumpers too.

I just googled around for some pics of the rear of the m3 and m5. M3 exhaust tips seem much more closer while m5 have them more spaced out and what i saw were clearly more spaced out. So, it could have been the m5.

I also spotted a red Mitsubishi GTO just a few minutes before that.

Saw a few cars in Kodaikanal.

1. A black regular 5-series with a M5 badge. But what got my attention was the front number plate.
2. A Toyota LC Prado.
3. The new 5-series. Sorry for the crappy pics. Taken from a mobile cam.
4. A green Ninja 250 R.

//M the new 5 series looks like its wearing after market shoes. It also looks like it has spacers as the tyres are out of the body and also look like they are 18' plus wheels.

You're right. There has to be a subtle change. I still dont know how to differentiate between a 200 and 350. They are not as obvious as the AMG

Trust me when I say the Lexus is the best convertible around in these times. Its truely well designed and classy. I saw one here and my jaw dropped on the accelerator pedal.

I thought about getting the SC430 once. Tested it and all. My only heartburn with it is that it doesn't come with a manual transmission. It is more of a boulevard cruiser. A friend of mine was about to buy one and I managed to convince him to get a Boxster S instead. I like the SC430 though, only if the purpose is highway cruising!

@//M - Did you snap the new 5 in Kodaikanal?

The black previous generation 5 with the BMW number plate is a Chennai car..

@ speedy - I thought the new 5 was a company test car but the talisman it is sporting makes me think otherwise..

@//M- No offense bro but I feel that most the cars spotted in Ooty,Kodai and Madurai will be visiting cars and not the ones which are actually there to stay. just mentioned this as the pics posted are have been snapped at these places.
