Just came across this thread. Have seen Javagal Srinath with his red Swift. He parked it in the railway station parking lot and took the Jan Shatabdi train !
And know Anil Kumble has a Pajero which he uses to shoot (with his cameras!) wildlife in Bandipur etc.

Srinath also has an Accord and yeah he parks his car in the railway station and travels by Shatabdi most of the times to go to his home town Mysore. Now here is the interesting part, He travels in the Shatabdi Engine, Yes no kidding, he travels in the Engine.
Kumble also has a Black Merc E350, Ford Endevour, Scorpio provided by the Government. I reside very close to his place and have never seen the Pajero.

Sachin Tendulkar has got a spanking new Steinway Edition 7 series. He has also ordered the new M5! And, his old 3 series will be soon replaced by the new F30.

7 series..???. He is getting the X5M (replacement of the Q7 4.2 tdi) and the M5, his 3 series is already replaced with the f30.

During his interview with Hormazd Sorabjee at the 3 series launch, Sachin had said that he bought a fully specced 7 series, a pic of the Steinway & Sons edition was shown when he said it.

As per his contract with Bmw he had to replace the Q7, he was also asked to give off the GTR which he refused. The cars owned are 3 series, 5gt, Q7 and GTR along with one other car. As per what is said now the 7 series and soon to come X5M and M5.

yes, Speedy is correct, Sachin had a recent contract with BMW, of which he would be endorsing the brand. This was confirmed by THE LEGEND himself in an interview some weeks back.

The R129 sl 600 and the C36 were sold years ago. Thanks for reminding the Volvo S80 was won but i have not seen it at his residence or it being used by them.
