I think it is with my friend in Delhi. Coz it is a MH regd MR-2 with a 3 digit last number. It is a 1989 if I am not mistaken. Some work on the interiors & mechanicals has been done, it's in great shape now.

No, its an '88 and the last digits are 3006 so I'm guessing that you are talking about another car.

The car what u people are discussing about is in delhi and has been bought from mumbai and is for sale also....Its been purchased by a dealer....

man do these cars travel so much. i saw that mr2 was at my mechs. garage for a while. i remember asking price was high dint sell for a while then dissapeared

It's been long since I posted, the new engine is installed in my MR2! There are still some issues to be sorted. The ECU is in the US, should be back soon. Then hopefully the car should be ready

. Will post more pics when its completely ready!

I think this car is with Bhalla in Delhi. The pictures are on some of the threads too. I have seen it in person too but have never bothered to ask the price, since i was not interested. There used to be a similar yeared Mr2 in blue as well in Bombay, dont know where that went.

What is that Black "Hydraulic" hose on top of the BOV Piping?

And you could have steam washed the engine before putting it into the car.

And are you running the stock ceramic turbo?

@mura: the project isn't yet complete. Will wash it once everything is in place. I have no idea as the engine came completely assembled and I have just seen it twice!
