The RX8 probably is the second one in the country,the other being the deep blue one in B'bay.

I would second Manish. There are two RX-8's in Mumbai as far as i know. Blue and Red.

if the hummer had a dubai registration then it is imported on Carnet by a Jeweller from Kerala.

There are a lot of RX-8's in India. I have seen more then a handful in Pune itself.

how does one get to know which car is coming down via carnet?can anybody can get any car via carnet? including one from US (LHD)? if yes, I'm getting a 370Z real quick.

Pretty much, initial period is 6 months and can be extended to 11 months after which the car has to go back.
Nice choice with the 370Z, is it stock or nismo modified?

Yeah right, I once saw a aunty driving one. I literally (no I really did that) bang my head on the steering.

There is one in ahmedabad.
The RX-8s come with the rotary engine right?.So without any official presence by Mazda where do these engines get serviced?

Thats right. They do come with rotary engines. Is there a dealer/mechanic who's licensed to work on these engines?
