I think I too have some pics of the same car at the same location. Will need to dig up my old backups. Really liked the interior of the car.

Has anyone seen a Black Jeep Wrangler on Kanakapura Road. I saw one the other day, but couldn't take pics as I was driving, & it came out of one of the by lanes there. It had round headlights, Jeep name under the hood just above the vertical grill design, 3 or 5 thick spoke alloys, had some stickering near the driver side door.

CHEERS,

Many thanks, Manish!

From the looks of it, it seems to be the base Carrera. No frills but plenty of thrills!

That's definitely an Elise! Lovely car, that. Sublime chassis coupled with a sweetly sorted 'box! Brilliant!

I am absolutely not able to understand why this great fuss about the lotus?
The picture clearly states that it is an Elite, and not an Espirit. Check the Bonnet of the car in the picture.

I'm aware of at least 10 911's.

BTW, dude, did you actually mean Elise or a typo ??

@Preetam : The fuss is not about the Elite , everyone can read that its an Elite.
The fuss is about the Lotus Elan picture that you have posted as reference which looks similar to another car from Lotus called Esprit.

Preetam, my guess is, the confusion being debated here, is about the first Lotus pic , you posted..!!

Elise, Elan , Elite, Espirit , now I know , Lotus had so many Models..!

Ok, so no more confusions about the Lotus. All things are crystal clear.

@Unknownsatan : The bug is a beauty, a sight to behold. Curves are back, confirmed and +1!

CHEERS,

Me! Me! I saw this and was taken aback.

He was in the opposite lane so I saw the car (if you can call it that!) for just a second or so.

I didnt observe it in so much detail like you, but I did notice that it was a Jeep.

Sorry Manish. I just realized it. I meant Esprit! Not Elise! That was a typo!

There are ten 911 Carreras that prowl around? Wow that's a large number! Oh yes, actually, I forgot to count the 996 Carrera Cabriolet! And a few others! Again!

Robesh,

It's good to see the new Beetle grace the beautiful, traffic-free streets of Mysore! I love Mysore! The new Bug in Mysore would be like a match made in heaven! Imagine driving on those silky smooth roads that lead up to the top of Chamundi Hills during sun rise! Brilliant!

Seems like Bangalore probably has the most number of Porsches in India ( and still no Porsche showroom??) OTOH i haven't spotted so many Porsches in Mumbai. But it's a delight to see all of 'em at the showroom every time i head to town. Especially at night, I stop by when the showroom is closed but blue spot lights are still ON and the Porsches look beautiful at that time.
