Haha, you're not mistaken about the latter bit, but I doubt if it's the same car as the one I shared is from Trivandrum and the car is already registered here, just that the plate is oddly placed on the other side and not on the plate holder itself.

No it wasn't this car. Same colour but had larger gloss black rims. I was driving past so couldn't see the registration plates.

As much as I love the stripe and the yellow contrasts on the inside, I just cannot help but wish it wasn't Resale Red.

Especially considering how tastefully his other cars are specced (SVJ in particular). This would've been bomb had it been a darker shade of Red like Rosso Fiorano or Rosso Mugello.

Ferrari have completely lost their plot with their product line-up.

The 458 platform is now almost a decade old (488 really is just a 458T) and I really thought they would drop a whole new car at Geneva this year. Instead they go and facelift it yet again with the F8 Tributo. Now I'm sure there will be a lightweight track-focused version of the same, just to buy them some time to develop the new car.

I don't know where this V8 Hybrid you speak of is gonna fit into this whole equation. Is that gonna be the new Dino or a different model altogether?

So basically Ferrari is going to split the mid-engine V8 lineup into three different model.

One will be the F8 Tributo which will carry on its life as the 488 replacement.

In sometime around summer Ferrari will release the real 488 successor, what is being called the 'Big Brother'. An 850 bhp mid engined V8+hybrid KERS. This one is expected to be as good as as the 720S and have enough juice for the 720LT. Rumors are that it will not be cheap, close to 812 pricing. Said to be faster than a LaF around Fiorano, but will not be crazy money ($500,000). Apparently it will also introduce the new Ferrari design theme.





Then they will launch a smaller model, a mid-engined turbo V6+hybrid, close to 700 bhp. Whether it will be called Dino, not sure. But it will be fast, to try and stave of current and future Mclaren small models 570-600. This will come by 2020-21.

Lastly Portofino will get a coupe version with a facelift.

Wow, as if the existing line-up wasn't confusing enough!

If I'm not mistaken, Ferrari has been testing this Hybrid and KERS aided V8 mid-engined car from even before the 488 launch and they're still not done. That's just a massive turnaround time for a single model.

Also, If they do launch this car later this year and then launch the 'Dino' right after, won't that render the F8 obsolete? Meaning, whoever buying an F8 at the moment is gonna look like an absolute moron at that point.

I'd truly be shocked if this new Ferrari gives any competition to the '720LT'. The McLaren is already hitting way above its weight (Holy Trinity territory) the LT is just gonna push it even further.

I do not have pictures but I have seen some bright yellow Lamborghinis (yes, there are more than 1) near Brigade Road. Will definitely try to post some pics.
@Koramangala BHPians: Do you have any sightings for the Hummer? The maximum imports are present in this locality. I have also lived there and seen many imports but have no pics. Please do post pics
