Well, I think he is still recuperating from his crazy long ride to the Leh as he just returned a couple of days ago:D.

So, let me just share a single picture here and perhaps he can share more details later

Yogesh, (team-bhp & pan-india member) from Mumbai did an epic ride from Mumbai-Leh-Mumbai on his Kawasaki Versys 650 completing a total of ~5600kms and he has nothing about solid praise for the "versatility" of the motorcycleclap:

This happens to be the 1st Versys to do the Khardungla and Sach Pass (Hope i'm right about this one)

Yogesh : Kudos to you for this ride and must praise your inner strength of taking up such a journey. Do share more details whenever you see this post

Thank you Avinash...

Ride was superb and versys did very well, SACH PASS and Leh both covered in single trip and the best part was I rode from Leh to Mumbai (return journey) in 4 days.

In the last day I was at home by 5pm

Versys Bangalore Riders quick overnight trip to Chikmagalur.

Sorry one more. The only one I snapped lol.

Hi,

Looks like my cousin just beat you there by few days, he was there during 1'st week of July in his new Versys.

Regards,

Cannon

Wow! These must have been clicked by a DSLR as no-way even an iPhone can bring such lovely bokeh into the pictures

My compliments to Nasirkaka for 2nd and 4th picture

You Bangy boys are rocking on the Versys:D :thumbs up

Wonderful review and it seems like the V is a clear winner by a significant margin

I rode with Schumi ( Reviewer of this article) in Japan and he is a hardcore biker and if you look at his Versys 650 review, he seems to be clearly smitten :)

As he said; you will be hard pressed to find a motorcycle < 10 Lakhs that you can use to munch big miles so comfortably!!!

Wow! Nice. :thumbs up

Yes schumi seems to be smitten by the Versys 650. He always has good things to say about it whenever he mentions the bike.

On another note, has any Pune member bought Versys 650? Can you please share your showroom experiences? Waiting time, delivery formalities, service centres experiences etc.

There are quite a few Versys 650 owners from Pune and I can share their number with you if you'd like. They have all had a great booking and ownership experience till date. All of us are enjoying zero niggle experience which is what you would expect from a brand like Kawasaki

There is a group for V Pan-India Members and it's getting added by new members almost daily and now we are ~75 members

Booking and Ownership experience for a few of us in the beginning has been little frustrating due to initial days euphoria and non-availability of motorcycles. Now the Versys is an established model in India and easily available to buy off-the shelf

If you are serious in buying it, please do buy well before Sep 30th so your bike is run-in for an all-india V-Meet:)

Here is my ownership experience report if you havent' read already :

Sure can you please share their numbers or alias on this forum so that I can PM them. Thanks in advance.

I have been visiting this thread since the launch. Now finally I'm seriously planning to buy it around September last week. Lets see how that goes.

Also I have been visiting your thread as well. Its been immensely helpful in making up my mind. Thanks for all your observations, comparisons and unbiased informative posts.
Keep them coming. :)
