Superb pricing. And Siddharth also mentioned that the ex-showroom prices have been normalized i.e. for places like Bangalore, where the taxes are more, the ex-showroom would be much lesser to keep the on-road price under 3 lakhs

For the ones looking at buying, go ahead, Sid shall jack up prices like anything in the months to come.

Liked the fact that they actuality reduced the price in Karnataka and Kerala due to higher taxes, so the on road price matches the rest of the country.

That pricing is a real shocker!

This will definitely disrupt the market. Just hope RE has learnt their lessons from the Himalayan episode, with respect to product reliability. Fingers crossed!

Man what do I do, I got the classic 500 at almost the same cost just one month back! Any taker of my classic 500 stealth black ABS? I am impressed with the pricing and the strategy of making the on road consistent across country. This is going to pull the 350 crowd too and why not just by paying 50-60k they are getting twin and all modern technology and most importantly no vibrations.

I hope they run an exchange program from recent buyers, may be a wishful thinking but why not

Was watching the live stream eagerly. When Sid lal announced the price as 5.55Lacs, for a short moment, I was like "Did we expected little bit over enthusiastic pricing". And when he said the price is for top of the line models i.e the price is for both Interceptor 650 and GT650 combined together, man I was taken aback by a sweet surprise. 2.50 lacs for the Interceptor 650. Will get one soon.
