Sweet rides there. Hats off to these riders who brave it to take their machines on the highways and on the twisties. And judging by the BMW guy's comment on their wives and rides, these guys are really passionate about biking. Great snaps buddy.

I think it is a wonderful thing, that they dont really care about any online forum, they have the bikes, they ride them like they want. nothing else matters.

Awesome bikes there !!
CB looks great.

The superbike market in the UK is huge that much of the leftovers in mainland Europe end up here some with restricted power. The European bikes are often broken up by main dealers just to have the spares on hand (ie complete fairing) when dealing with Insurance claims etc: The demand outstrips the supply consequently many gullible bikers end up with a 100bhp machine rather than a UK model of 180 bhp. Many European bikers pay a lot more for machines with almost half the power of a UK model.
So wanted to know factually about the power of bikes reaching India and not on the the pretext of just full power.

As a moderator, come techician, come mobile mechanic for several clubs I undertook another challenge to write about the biking scene in OZ. Being a guest for one of the MotoGP privateer teams in Phillip Island I grabbed that opportunity which was enlightening, the challenge now is to check out the biking scene in India from a pukka road riders perspective rather than the racing side. So fellas I need your help as I need to have direct contact with bikers in Bangaluru or Chennai area who are into the superbike scene with a possible visit later in the year. Will my post my email providing I'm not infringing on club rules. Thanks

I think it varies from state to state, and it would be safe to say insurance premium would be almost equal to a car's premium in the same price range.

So, I would say it like this,

insurance premium for Honda Civic ~ insurance premium for Suzuki Hayabusa

The CB1000 is the same one someone spotted at a signal sometime back with a kid as a pillion.

The accessories on that bike are not very thoughtfully chosen.
