Superbikes spotted in India

Saw a very nice CBR 600 in Repsol colors near Rajaram Bridge, Singhagad Road on 2nd Jan morning. Just last week I was drooling over watching CBR 600 and CBR 1000 sound on youtube and happen to see and hear a real one in person. I was on bike so no pictures. Bike has MH registration no 1111

Spotted this R1(without a number plate ) near banashankari bda 2nd stage complex near KIMS college .

How do these guys without number plates and helmets get away from the cops? I have stayed in blore for quite sometime and cops used to be hungry to catch people who ride without helmets

I don't know how these guys get away with riding without a helmet. Although one of them did get caught by the cops, don't know why though.

While on a coffee break with my colleagues, we spotted a pack of Harleys travelling from North India to Goa, probably heading for the India bike week.

A pack of Harleys revving is arguably the best sound to the ears of a petrolhead (orgasmic, is what I want to say ).

Nice pictures. The CBR looks sooo lean. Width may be even less than some 250cc bikes. And those headlights. They remind me of droopy eyes of some of the dog breeds like hounds. Wonder how the Yoshimara sounds?

Some pics that were lying around in my camera for a long time, noticed this thread today.
This was at Nandhi Hills. I was at the ticket counter paying for my car, when I could hear thunder on an otherwise sunny day. I knew I was in for a treat.

I call them the Gods of Thunder.

P.S Have also been noticing an influx of SBKs in my neighborhood. Saw a hayabusa yesterday, a Gixxer today, an R1 a few days back. All come to a bajaj mechanic just opposite my house for regular servicing. Will try to capture pics if they come on an off day.
