Date: Aug 15th to Aug 18th

We can plan according to distance. For eg., CH team can start on 14th evening, stop, have dinner and rest at BLR for the night. Then start with BLR team early morning (4-5am).

What does 1/3 indicate? I didn't quite get what that thing means (bold text).
Additional people tagging along is understandable. What does 'people who CAN tag along' mean?? Do you mean 1 companion is confirmed and 2 more might join later? Or do you mean 3 is the max allowed limit for additional companions?

In any case, I'll be joining unless another holiday to the Equator gets confirmed. Adding my name to the confirmed list.

Wow! You guys planning for Indian Independence Day meet in Goa. Thats some good ahead planning. Initially I thought its the US Independence Day which is coming up next.

P.S.: By the way, Hyd-Goa is not 661 kms AFAIK. At least whenever I have travelled to Goa it was always close to 850-900 kms. That's the Hyd-Bijapur-Athni-Sawantwadi-Goa route I am talking about.
