I work in the IT industry too. I do night-outs and even check-in to office at 7am on many days. I still wakeup early morning. I dont think it has anything to do with IT industry alone. Lunch meets are possible only if there is atleast 1 other Bhpian in your office or office complex. I suggested early morning since that way a lot more BHPians from different parts of Bangalore could show up at the meet and not be restricted to one side/area of Bangalore.

Why not just meet up straight at the extreme sports place only? Where is it, btw? Above spar on bannerghatta road? It would save a lot of driving for those coming from the city.

Works well! Yep, above Spar (just after Accenture building and the Maruti showroom if one is coming from Dairy Circle) on BG road.
