Indeed, Its a very good place to visit, specially during evening.
There's also a venugopalaswamy temple there, which was reconstructed using the same rocks recovered from the old submerged temple.
It is very much accessible, I infact visited it again a couple of weeks ago

I heard about it from Riju. I remember Riju saying the access goes some private property and depending on that you get access to the water
(Riju correct me if I got that wrong).

The road I got to know is to drive all the way till KRS power station.
Can you explain the route better Figo? Even I wanted to do it, but never was able to.

Blue lagoon and the venugopalaswamy temple are two different locations, somewhat identical though.
To go to blue lagoon, you need to take a left at the circle(where the market is) which is around 1 km before KRS city and proceed further. You do have to cross some fields to get into the water, and the villagers might ask you for some money. Its been a while since I went there. swimming is a bit dangerous here though.
The venugopalaswamy temple is on the other side, you have to continue to the brindavan gardens and proceed further from there to Kannambadi village.
This reconstruction was an initiative by khodays group, and they have done a good job at it, marking each stone and reconstructing here. I had heard they had plans of opening a resort there though.

I'm also ok with brraj's idea of bear caves at Ramnagaram, atleast that would be a new place for me. Where art thou Rajiv? We need more details.

If so how long is it from raja rajeshwari ?
have taken this side of road very few times, so some confusions
or is there a grouping point inside city like last time ? like BG road or BSK ?

Got your number. Yes, NICE/Mysore road junction is not very far from Raja Rajeshwari. Do you stay that side?

@brraj, instead of NICE road we can meet at BG Road (in front of IIMB) also. I guess since most of us stay close to this area it'll be a better option (unless ofcourse if NICE/Mysore road junction is convenient for others).

IIMB is also fine for me, if it is feasible for all.
I dont have a problem to meet in Nice~Mysore road junction as well.

My stock Dzire is nowhere equal to a remapped Optra or 'super-slow'[really ??] Baleno or T-Jet.
So this time make sure that My car is always visible in your RVM till we reach the spot.

Sorry guys. Was cut off for the entire day, had to prepare for an interview which was in the late afternoon and reached home just now.
so ramnagar bear caves is final? Guys I have a small problem with my left foot, tripped and sprained it yesterday. I can't drive for a week (stupid doctor's advice ) because of the pressure during clutching/declutching. I can walk / ride the bike without any pain but if I get my bike, I will be the odd man out with your cars.
