Here is the final list of attendees who were there today - KarthikK - RE Thunderbird 350 niranjanrvce - Fiesta (met us at Hosur road but didn't join for the drive) brraj - i10 aviorp - Scorpio BulZire - Lancer nileshch - Vento aqualeo2040 - Punto rk_sans - CBR250R ku69rd - RD350 glenrox - A-star Sajands - Riding with ku69rd's RD350 We started around 6.30am from Hosur road, had breakfast at Krishna veg at around 8am and reached Krishnagiri dam at around 9.30am. After a 1 hour long photoshoot and some offroading stunts by non-offroader cars near the waterfront (brraj's i10 can put a Mahindra Thar to shame), we were finally done with the summer heat and decided enough was enough. We finally set off on the return journey by around 10.45am. It was mostly a tortoise-hare story with my thunderbird and other cars today. I would catch up and blast past them in toll gates (where I didn't need to stop) and they would blast past me again on the highways. Again next toll gate the story repeated. I'm glad I wasn't lagging behind too much with my railway locomotive this time. I wasn't carrying the camera today since I was on the bike. Here are whatever junk photos I managed to take with the mobile camera. brraj's i10 and glenrox's A-Star get as close to the water as possible  Ku69rd's legendary RD350 is a fantastic piece of machinery. Brilliantly maintained  Aviorp's scorpio and BulZire's lancer  Nileshch's Vento and Aqualeo2040's remapped Punto  Some pictures of the railway locomotive. Yes, locomotives can do some offroading too!   Preparing for the group photo (finally taken with nilesh's cam+tripod)  Now eagerly awaiting the 'real' photos from the official photographers for this drive - Aviorp, nileshch and Aqualeo2040. Even BulZire's cam has some awesome shots with the 70-300 telephoto lens. Bring it on guys! Quote:
