^^ just so that we both can prove we are in the clear - hope roy has some pics of the burger next to our face - anything thats as big as my head can't be finished in one sitting :-)
with the pics we can prove that the ones who finished the burgers are freaks not us !!

Was any Team Bhpian driving around Siliguri on 20/01/2010 at around 2:30 pm, in a Ford Mondeo Ghia, silver colour, it was KA 05 regn. I saw this car there so asking out of curiosity. I tried the Tavellogues section, but nothing there.

This is the burger that started it all. Take my word for it when I say that its HUGE. Suhaas & Nikhil claimed that they could easily polish off 2 of these. We 30+ guys of course struggled and eventually Sammyboy & Jassi threw in the towel and had to pack their burgers. I do have these 'hall of shame' pics and will post them shortly.

I managed to catch Nikhil attacking the salad! Will wonders never cease? This meet was all about the food and everyone was discussing burgers, cheesecake, steaks.. Once in a while someone would remember that we are supposed to be talking automobiles so words like 'lamborghini', 'porsche' & FFE would get thrown about.

Had to be at some place for dinner, so missed out on the burgers and the nice stuff to eat , also missed out the sight of nikhil chomping away merrily on the huge burgers
Some interesting things that came out for me
- krish and me are colleagues..wow...been around but never met..got a reason to meet more often now

- Sammy boy and me are neighbours...that great too...can have a common detailing session sometime !

I did not know the place- and have never been there...nice place but the prices of items made me wonder if its a cafe at all

- guess the large helpings justify that...
Waited for Suhas to come by and guide me and i see a black civic come by and flash its lights...seeing the sticker i knew this is the car to follow.
Surprise Surprise...i see a young guy get out of the civic and wondered..where is the owner...found out later that suhas got his dads car...lucky guy- i got a cycle when i was a student
Overall great to meet people and know them in person...love to meet more next time...

Massacre on Nikhil's plate. However, this bird did not die in vain. It laid down its life for the greater good of the TBHPians and such sacrifice and sense of duty must be applauded.

Mkh trying to convince Krraj of the benefits of being a meat eater. However, Krraj was unmoved and proceeded to order a veg sandwich. Nikhil was almost in tears.

Mkh left claiming that he had to be somewhere else for dinner. I think that he figured that the plan all along had been to stuff our faces and flee leaving him holding the bill.

Guys, good one! For Jassi, its 300 mtrs and for me, its just 50 mtrs :-(. I was travelling, so missed this. If you guys are meeting again at Thulp sometime soon, I will join you guys (Not this weekend pls coz I will be travelling to Udupi).

BTW, had gone to Thulp again today with another TBHPian. Bottle from Madras. I as usual had the 'big' burger. Oh man! It's so yummy!

Well Nikhil just messaged that he has managed another one of those massive burgers today.

I am still digesting yesterdays burger while he is eating them like its nothing.

This is the expression. You could literally see the feedback his digestive system was giving him. Of course he finally did recover. A true Mallu is never fazed by a mere slab of beef. Sammyboy has a sheepish look on his face because he could not finish his burger.

This is what the inside of the burger looked like. And truth be told, it was huge indeed. Nikhil had another one this evening. Lucky chap!
