Also my friends may come in an Alto so here adds another car

Hola amigos!

Hey Satish, Avi, Sagar, and the rest. Its nice to see your posts again after a long gap from my side! so whats new? we having a meet every month? Last month someone smsed me that a meet might be there following weekend, but i didnt get that person's name. Who ever it was please let me know, and thanks to u.

I have been busy with work and travelling around, and other thing is that there is more of silly talks and less of information being posted to any particular thread's subject, and too many repetetive posts filling up the pages! Hence i have been more busy in my car specific forums for the Tucson and Laura.

TIme on i keep checking in here and see whats latest, and do post replies to guys looking for help, but mostly in PMs only as i said, pages are being filled very fast, and person looking for info is lost in transition.

About this drive meet, i cant make it mates, but if we have a dinner meet some weekend, i could make it.

about what i have been doing in the past some time with my cars, then its a lot! will share while we meet!

u all have a lovely trip, and avi, as usual, i am waiting to read ur report on it!

One small note guys, this goes out to all... I am concerned and take doable measures time to time regarding the GLOBAL WARMING. While you guys have a meet, and taking most of your cars to the destination, i see it as a waste of fuel, a waste of a very important resource. While everyone gets to drive their cars time to time, While on these destinations, for 15 ppl taking 7-10 vehicles, its better to fit in 3-4 vehicles and contribute a lil bit towards Global Warming. I would see it more as a Common Sense too, as no use wasting fuel all out. While we are all auto enthusiasts, we should value the importance of conserving Fuel even more. You wouldnt be stingy by not taking all cars to the drive.
Like for last time's Warangal meet, i see 13 ppl and 7 cars and 2 bikes. while this could be managed comfortably in 3 cars (or max 4).

If anyone is offended by this thought of mine, then please do not spoil this meet thread by repling your arguments here. This is just a thought which i felt i should share with all of you, and by no way is my thought wrong in any sense. Also, its always more fun when the car is full of ppl so we share more, than just 2-3 ppl sitting in one car. I would suggest minimum 4 in a car would be great, and would be doing your bit towards Global warming!

So lets keep this thread focused only to the meet talks, and roll on!

@Insane Devil : I already had your point in my mind and thats the reason, i am getting my friends too with me so i am not burning fossil fuels which are getting near to extinction in few years just for myself. Also its wise to share the space in your car with like minded persons who are also interested to come along. Also they may share your fuel costs. But the reason you see more cars here is different. Every TBhp member is enthusiastic to rev his own car/bike unless not feasable. So more the members in meet = more cars/bikes.

@Rocksterraghu, Lets stick to the Uppal meeting point. As what if someone coming from Marredpally, Begumpet, they need to come to other part of the city just for the meet point. From our last trip experience, G.E Uppal is the best place to group up

@ID, buddy nice to see you active after such a long time. Heard your buying an A4/BMW 320D, thats very nice, would love to ride in it sometime. How's the Tucson doing, I really enjoyed the ICE in your car when we had met those few times. Good thought about the fuel saving but, i think it applies more so in our daily life ( like going to work, need to use a car pool but for a drive like this which happens once in a couple of months, burning fuel should not be a consideration. If we think on those lines, we should protest against F1 racing- imagine how much fuel they consume in an hour of racing

@Nos, finally you will be coming enclosed inside the 4 walls of a car. Otherwise, i always have seen you talking to the wind

Maybe you can join at Sagar X Rds if you would like to save about initial 10 Kms. But i feel its better you also can meet up at Genpact,IDA, Uppal as Avinash put it at.
