Rahul, Sorry for the late reply as I was out of internet since last 2 weeks. Now I am back in Bangalore.

I have voted for both dates. Let us decide the final date atleast 3 days in advance we can plan up accordingly.

We have arranged lunch buffet at one of the restaurants at Yelagiri. Here is the e-mail I got back from their manager after a few phone calls.

Hi Mr Rahul.
Thanks for your mail . We are having ample parking space in our hotel , we can provide you buffet lunch only in the Restaurant ,we dont have much tree shades in our property, the lunch time will be 1 pm to 3 pm and we want to know the exact nos and veg & non veg counts.The MENU as follows:
welcome drink on arrival. Tomatto soup ,gobi manjurian ,french fries , chicken 65, tandoori chicken.
Chicken biriyani , veg biriyani ,baigan bartha ,onion raitha ,tandoor roti ,butter chicken,
Paneer butter masala, dal , pl rice, rasam , sambar , curd rice , appalam , poriyal , pkl.
Gulab jamoon with ice crean [venilla ]
The abvoe menu wiil cost you Rs 450 / per person
For the confirmation you should pay 50% advance as DD in the name of HOTEL LANDMARK payable at CHENNAI and the balance should pay as cash in the hotel.

Booze: Each KF will be priced at Rs 125/bottle.

Sorry guys. I am unlucky. I am leaving to US on 25th May. So will miss this fun drive. Have loads of fun. And as usual with loads of photos. As someone pointed there is always a next time... Hope that "next" comes sooner...
