I'm fine with any location on any weekend. Lets just meet! Just one question. Are bikes allowed??

* Shravana Belagola

I also like to keep it within one day if possible. Seems too many options pouring in. Anyway, we have 4 more days to decide
Most of us have already visited Sharavana Belagola/ Shivanasamudram/ Wonderla. My best bet would be to Leepakshi. What say guys?

Ooopss... seems like 'Hill' is not in favour. As long as we have a fun drive and we have a good time, I am all there! :-)

Same here! The weekend of 15th will see me going out of town for 3 weeks!

A valid point. Would say a family meet would be better.
Except for the coffee points meet location, Dadu has given an good list of spot types.

If yes, then I can suggest a place very close by, but far enough from the city din.
Now, this is something that we do not get to do often. Guys, how about taking Luke on this offer?

Ravi.
A good listing of option, Ravi. Thanks a ton!
From Ravi's list, it would be great if we can go for a trip that takes just the two weekends. Even a early start on Saturday and return late on Saturday night would be great, since we get to dooze off on Sunday.
Shivasamudra, even though the timing is right due to rain, is a place with nothing much to see. (or is it that I have not been to the right spots???)
And Wonderla - lets keep that for the relative's who visit us. The place to take them would be that.
Ravi, when you say "need 2 days" are you saying that we need to spend two day there or we need 2 days for the entire trip?

EDIT:

I think the very purpose of this meet would be "to meet". So, I don't think any one will object it.

Ofcourse, if you can hop in to some of our cars, it would be a great help to country by saving some fuel . And usually it happens in our forum. People do share and give ride to friends.

But if riding the bike is the inspiration for you to come for the meet, please go ahead.

Well, this is a tempeting offer. I vote for this as well.

Meeting up on a last weekned of each month over a coffee. sounds fun. we should start doing it. If there is a one halt planned, how about bandipur, some wildlife better experience compared to the one we face in the city eacd day

Regards,
Sajan

Good question, lots of idea's pouring without a date not the organizer been fixed. Do i see mjyothi and snaronikar doing a joint venture here.

Condor seems to be missing from the discussion.

Nope. Will certainly assist whoever is organizing this. Work in office is too hectic for concentrating on this. As this requires a lot of time.

We need to decide first its 1 day drive and meet or 2 days site seeing cum meet plan.

If its 2 days (leave Saturday from Bangalore and come back by Sunday evening) then we have lot of not much explored places (600km round trip drive around Bangalore) by members.

I won't be able to come for this planned meet, I can help you with places and any information

Regards,

Ravi.

Hi,

I agree with Ravi, let's have a poll and see which is the ideal date and then lets freeze on the place.

Regards,
Sajan

If you keep all attributes open, it will fly in all directions.

I think its better if the organizer(Mjothi with snaronikar helping) decides the Dates and venue.

Once thats done, take confirmation from Who's coming.

If you dont have enough confirmations, probably later then.

Sajan, you know I'm not too far (from you .. all). Keep talking guys.

Btw, looks like TBHP is celebrating a mega-meet-month. HYD-BLR, Pondi, Goa, and now a Bangy meet.

Wonder What are the guys up north doing ?
