Ya we can meet up too !!

I think driving further to Dodabballapur for some nice food can be nice idea as well.

If we can do that, we can also have a drive till that Railway station (Ma Kalidurga) post lunch. The location is picturesque and will provide nice photography spots for the photo guys as well.

Whats say ?

Ahem! Guys it is not "my" farm. As I mentioned earlier, my farm is off limits to visitors solely due to bio security reasons. But the place we are talking about is the grape vineyards surrounding my farm owned by known people, so using the place is not a problem.
I hope the tractor is free on the particular day, it is a nice way of giving yourself a workout.

That is lunch taken care of.

My suggested itinerary would be:
(This is for my place)

Meet up @ Yelahanka between 8.30-9.00 am

Why not have breakfast before we head out from Yelahanka? Saves having to carry packed food.
My 2 cents.

Cheers,
Rajan

It is just the idea of having a picnic kind of breakfast.

One more question,
Does anyone have any objection if fellow members gets his pets along?

I am game with that too. My wife loves cooking and she will be more than happy to cook and bring something along.

BTW Luke, is it OK to get my pets along? One is a 2 year old Labrador and the other is a 6 month old German Shepherd.

Cheers,

Rajan

Abhi
I also agree with Lukes farmhouse. I stay in JP Nagar 6th Phase. Regarding food, if we could know total headcount in advance then we can prepare or buy in some of our nearby snacks shop.

Total headcount from my home: Me + My wife + My 3 year old son = 3.

Looking forward for Saturday meet.

Guys, slightly OT (but related):

There is the K-1000 also on this weekend (Aug 8-10) and it is on same direction as Luke's suggested farm. Those interested, could AFTER the meet, also go to see the K-1000 near sidalaghatta farms.

Fish, dogs, cats, raccoons, guinea pigs, snakes etc. etc.
All are welcome. It is an open area so there should be no problem.

Just spoke to the guy who owns the land and took his permission, have asked him to lend us the tractor as well, pray that the rain stays away.

Now Mjothi, could we have a head count?

Why? It would be fun driving the tractor in the rain and slushy ground
