Now Hari updated some more imp informations:
1) Gathering infront of Esteem Mall not allowed.
2) Gathering infront of service road of Swati Gardenia strictly not allowed.
3) Hence the meeting point now is service road opp. Shell pump (infront on GKVK college boundary wall).
4) Lunch @restaurant in Dodaballapur. Hari will personally go and book the menu and tables tomorrow. After that we will decide on the per head amount. We guess it should not be more than Rs 250 per head (final amount will be posted by tomorrow).
5) Although Hari wanted to sponsor breakfast, I adviced against it as it might delay luncheon timings. Also it was logistics hassle to carry/plan the breakfast in the farm. Instead we plan to keep some snacks there so that people keep munching something while talking about their rides, drives etc.

Guys let the organizer post their final Itinerary and not cause confusion by posting ourselves. No harm in the suggestions till then.

Just to clarify anuj, meet is on 9th Aug and assembling point(money collection) will be for that morning only. Final details to be posted by organizers.

Head count is 44 + (3 tentative)
Car count is 19

As dadu mentioned, I also think of dividing the cost only for the adult count, in this case 40. (No infants, no kids, sons, daughter. Just the couple or self or your friends).

Please let me know if any objection to this.

So, I like you to cross check this sheet and make sure the list is correct. The money collection will be based on this sheet.

I have updated the telephone number in this sheet. Can you all please send me your mobile numbers? (Some members already did that.)

Especially, brraj & ravibhat. I have info from you saying 3 adults. So, I have put it in Adult column. If it includes your son/daughter, please highlight.

I will have to drop out this time (second (or third) one in a row!!!).

The lure of the reservoir is getting to be too much to hold back for my family! And my travelling (?) out is also not helping much in trying to convince them otherwise.

Now I wish I had asked for Sunday! :-(

So, I will be heading the reservoir on Saturday noon, after lunch. You guys have a great time! :-)
