whoaaaaa, whats all this talk bout seeing one or 2 places in Bidar!.We flipping gonna make sure that every cow in that town/city knows that T-bhp was there and every household would end up with T-bhp as a conversation!!
I sure aint missing out on checking out the bidri handicrafts is done.The water to wade in compensates for my beach request

, the haridwar was on top of the list coz that's the 1st thing mentioned about Bidar.There is the fort to see also, diamond laced paintings on tombs in Astur..I'll stop cause it looks like ill have to book myself a room there and complete all this ,lol.

hi all,
Please count me in! I would have my wife and kids join me for this trip on 16th Nov. Else, they would complain that I only enjoy the company of my car (Hmmm...thats a fact too!).

So, me and my family complimented by my m-Hawk or on to Bidar with all you pals.

Himanshu, the reason for my not confirming to this event is HYDERABAD INTERNATIONAL MACHINE TOOL EXPO - 2008 . It's an event that I am participating in and can't afford not to be there. Check the dates, hence my silence. Please excuse this time.

Arun the amount of sightseeing you listed down. I guess you will still be there in Bidar till we all make our next tbhp visit

Whoa a m-hawk, i reckon this time around my poor lil viva will just end up as a small dot in the rearview mirror with all these powerful machines participating. If that happens, it would be for the first time !!!!

i thought you have covered some 2k(k) miles or something.

Gurdwara Nanak Jhira Sahib,Bidar - SikhiWiki, free Sikh encyclopedia.

It will give an insight to the gurudwara there...

Would be fun to visit a gurudwara ,since the golden temple is the only one i have visited so far.

visiting one in technically a part of southern india should be an experience in itself.

somehow still learning how to post pics in the forum ,hence just sending the link for everyone's referal.

Guys- one requst....please be Punctual. We will leave BHEL latest by 9 AM and whoever is not there by then, catch up with us on the highway.

also, there are not any decent places to stop for food before Zahirabad, so please travel on full bellies or carry food!

hi Kutlee, if the odo question is to me, then my hawk did around 6000km as of today. i drive around 70-80 km everyday. My home-office-home commute itself is 70km.

Himanshu, We shall do a machine test for dicor & hawk..we can then post our findings to help more auto lovers to take a educated decision as to which "SUV" they can opt for ;-)

Good to come across so many like minded 'car lovers'!!

Hope to see some of you in person soon!!
