Call the newspaper, find out the names of the Taj/Oberoi kitchen staff who died
Sam, I'm told Taj has already made this list public.

On a personal note, Sam, Chef Rego's son who had only just started working at Taj also perished. I think you know Chef Rego (from Goa) dont you? I think his son's name was Boris or something like that - I think that's the name because I remember thinking of "Boris the Spider" when Chef Rego told me. Those were happier days.

I agree Sam, thanks for the idea.

I was passing by yesterday, just dropped in and used the box. Did not have time for a beer but for old time's sake (I used to go to Leo often when I was younger) I just stoped by to pay respects.

You dont have eat there to use the box.

i am really sorry for being late on reply for this thread.
coming back some comments and questions here is what i have to say.

1) its a drive where in we will have proper banners on the cars, flags and media too.
2) we couldnt get the permission for the affected areas.
3) we dont know whats going to be the out come of this rally but we just cant sit at home and crib about it. i am sure that atleast its going to create some awareness and we will have some place to show our anger.
4) regarding the permission we have got permission from a.n. roy and mr. ashok pandit is handling the legal formalities.

we are going to start from cartor road, from cartor we are going to head to juhu and then the jamnabai ground is booked for gathering..

meeting spot is outside ottors by 1 pm sunday.

i wont be able to reply if anybody wants to join and have some query can call me on 9619156191.

i'll be there by 1pm

i'll be joining the drive...
i dont want to drink and have party on the death of those people

u dont need to party to donate... u can just go and donate...

it wud be better if people support rather than keeping names... atleast we are trying to create some awareness...
