Re: The Bay Area Mini-Meet Thread (USA)

Lots of members in the Bay Area now!
I was in SanFran in early Aug this year for a week, vacationing. Couldn't plan a meet as family had a few things planned out.

Will visit soon & hopefully will be able to meet a bunch of you guys there.
BTW, loved Turo! We don't have it in NYC.

Re: The Bay Area Mini-Meet Thread (USA)

Since the last meet mentioned here, we have met a few times since for dinner, drinks and hours of car talk.

Just wanted to reach out to wider audience here and see if we have any new members in Bay Area who would like to join us for next meet. Mostly a drive followed by lunch/coffee meet happening sometime in September.

Please PM me if any members would like join Bay Area group.

Thanks!

Re: The Bay Area Mini-Meet Thread (USA)

Darn! I never saw this thread till now.

I visit Bay Area literally once a month. Would love to catch up with folks who can make it on short notice as my trips are generally planned with short notice.

Btw, I am in Bay Area next week (Jan 10th-Jan 12th).

Any game for a quick meet-up?

Re: The Bay Area Mini-Meet Thread (USA)

I do not see an option yet to post a DM yet. May be due to limited posts from me. Please post the meeting location and time here once its finalized, I will be there for the meet. Prefer a weekend meet if possible. Weekdays are super busy due to the nature of my work.

Hello hello. I'm back from the dead, and hoping to meet and connect with some old and new friends here. I live up in SF (I have for several years actually) and want to put together a few drives/dinners if folks are still around and down to meet. Please PM me and we can exchange Whatsapp contacts. Looking forward

Sure, Bay area meet ups and drives keep happening pretty often in small groups (eg 2-3 people going on a drive etc.,).

Sweet! I wonder how many times I might've crossed y'all at Alice's or Skyline on Sundays I go up there once a fortnight, and down to the south bay for desi munchies as frequently (Surmai, Aappakadai, Puranpoli).
