28th March Pune - Mumbai Meet @ Sunny Da Dhaba - FINAL program mentioned in post #226

I'm confirmed for the meet, though I dont see what is the exact time for this meet, some one is saying 7, 8 etc or do we fix a time saying dont be there anytime later than 8 or whatever. Is there a fix time for the shoot/pics.

Regarding food I will go with Viper's suggestion of ordering ala-carte as we are 5-6 veggies and we will manage the bill ourselves.

I want to thank you for all your efforts and initiative and hope to see you there.

People who are backing out, request if you can make it then please do come as so much of efforts have gone in to make this happen.

looks like there is flurry if change in plans and kalti.com and super shortage of rides.

All mumbai guys.
Please confirm if you have your ride and who is travelling with you.

Let me start of with a list.

1) Vineet - corfirmed - but no ride.
2) mmmjgm - confirmed - but no ride.
3) F50 - confirmed - but no ride.
4) Arpan - Kalti.com
5) Frankmehta - kalti.com
6) nishantgandhi - confirmed - but no ride.
7) Ramie2400 + 1 - confirmed but leaving late after 7.30.
8) magma-confirmed - but no ride.
9) gr8guzzler---------confirmed - ride????
10) Power Freak - confirmed - vRS
11) viper - confirmed - monster OHC ( how many seats do we have left)
12) India1979 - confirmed - ride??
13) ksm-vtec - confirmed - ride???
14) the saint - confirmed - ride? - seats??

other mumbai guys please post updates ASAP.
otherwise like i and Mmmjgm have planned , we will hire a Indica cab and pool up the cost.

Dude the ride is confirmed, I don't have the car number that's all, there are two three cars in the stable, tomorrow who takes what is upto it, in these times I prefer a cab its far more advantageous.

Honda civic,but I have friends that I need to drop at lonavala, coming back not too sure as of now whether I will stay back in Lonavala or drive back.

Throttle mere confusion mate at my end, will order ala-carte. thanks.

Sagar, thanks for taking the pains to spare valuable time in negotiating the pet pooja activity for all of us.

600 bucks considering everything is unlimited is a good deal at least IMHO.

Guys, lets not change plans at the last minute. Not worth the risk of jeopardizing a good saturday evening. It's not every other day that we're gonna meet at Sunny's and spend that much moolah.

I'm looking forward to meeting the crowd and having a good time so a couple of hundred bucks more is no big deal.

i will start from baramati at @3pm.
route baramati-saswad-phursungi-undri-pisoli-katraj-dehuroad bypass-chandani chowk-dehuroad-kamshet-sunny.

anyone want ride along this route, please pm me.
i will collect and drop along road only, please, as i will be maximum distance traveler among all guys.

I know a company that has a 20 seater bus. Bombay boys can go in the bus and the driver will wait before he brings you back to Mumbai.

It should not cost that much and the cost will be shared 15 or 20 ways. It is safe, unlike drinking and driving.

If interested let me know I will help organise it for you.

EDIT: I just found out. 27 seater bus will cost Rs. 5000/- cash. Driver will pick everyone up from a single location in Mumbai, drive you to Sunny's, wait outside till you finish and then bring you back to the location.
In case 27 people agree - cost per head for return journey is Rs 185/- if less people agree, naturally the costs will be higher.

One person will have to be the bus leader and coordinate accordingly. He can PM me for the number of the bus company.

This is just a suggestion and time may not be enough to finalize it, especially since I'm not coming for the meet.

Tread Starter Yatin is going to come (as per our conversation few days back) but he's kalti chances are less.

M very much here. Had been to karla caves today, and visited Sunny Da dhaba.. No offense, but i doubt, for enough parking space.

Also as discussed Santosa, is a good place to meet since it has lot of space, a bit ahead of its entrance, so guys can wait for others (I Hope people from Pune are going togther)

Sam this is one Fantastic suggestion from you!! Please Tbhp members use this mode, all can have fun and no stress of driving back. At even 300 per head in case of less members[17/18 it fully worth it!!
But guys please move fast, or the bus would have been booked. Imagine travelling together and singing away like in school/staff picnics man!!
