arre i meant everyone from the xbhp, bcmtouring, royal beasts, adrenaline riders or clubs by any other name who meet up at QIA. Gangs in a colloquial sense

You can meet in the morning in QIA because the place is shaded from the heat + the dhabas are affordable chilled out places to be.

Gurgaon has no such place. By 7am itself it is scorchingly hot.
