Spoke with Jungle Inn, Nagarahole today, on a minimum 20 head count they will give us a discounted rate

Rs 1000/- for Family Dormatory (5 to 6 beds)
Rs 1300/- for Tents/ Double rooms (some tents have 5 beds)

*includes Lunch on arrival day, evening snacks, dinner, next day morning breatfast, tea/coffee, accomodation, childereb below 5 yrs free

They will arrange for Camp fire, Tribal dance.

I have been to this place 3 times and belive me you are going o like the place.

We need to confirm exact head count by the end of 1st week of March.

Woo-hoo!
That is a great list! I was just hoping that the turnout is BIG!

I'm missing 2 classes. Even then I decided that this is MORE IMPORTANT

The pricing seems pretty alright too for me.

If I have to carry my electric then I would need to carry the amp and the processor too

And I cannot use your accoustic since I am left handed

So will bring my accoustic.Old but still plays like a gem.

But I guess the turnouts going to be huge.

One big fat t-bhp meet in the jungles.

Yeah buddy, this will surely be a treat. I am also asking my friend if he wants to tag along. In that case there will be two guitarists. If there is electricity provided, then no problem with the amp or processor for that matter, but I suppose there is nothing like an old acoustic. Pristine and sincere!
This is going to be fun, I can sense it! With the turnout that is already here, we are going to have a whale of a time!

Itinerary for the trip :

Arrival at Nagarhole : 1230 Hrs
Freshen up
Lunch : 1330 Hrs
Post lunch personal (Without guide) outing in jungle : 1400Hrs - 1700 Hrs
Come back
Campfire and Tribal Dance : 1830 Hrs - 2130 Hrs
Dinner : 2200 Hrs
Post Dinner Musical Masti (Feat. Alter_Ego on Guitars and myself on Piano) : 2230 Hrs onwards till you fall asleep

0530 Hrs : Jungle Safari (Guide Assisted)
1030 Hrs : return to base camp
1100 Hrs : Brunch
1200 Hrs : Checkout

NOTE : The cost of Rs 1000 / Rs 1300 is per head costs and not per dormitory/tent. IMO thge costs incurred are very much OK, as other resorts and places cost upwards of Rs 5000 per night. Please Let us know who all are coming for the trip by the end of the 1st week of march. We will have to meet up once in the city for collection of the first half of payments, which will ave to be paid in advance to the Nagerhole Jungle INN people by 10th of March. Other modes of payment may be available (Money transfer etc), this will have to confirmed with the organisers before final decision. For now the above stated plan is somewhat final.
