Mlore has 3 white Busas, a blue one and ive spotted a golden-black one too.. Plus the usual cbr, gsx, r1 and r6.
Ill ask meraj if he'll join in but i doubt he is on the forum.. he has been working to take over his dad's business so is quite busy!

OT - Hey guys , nice to see a meet happening in Mangalore. Mangalore is where i was born and i have lots of relatives there too ( near car street ) however i've stayed all my life in Delhi and go there once in 2 years or so.

BTW i did my graduation from Karkala ( 96-99 ). I'll be in Mangalore in the last week of August and would most probably drive down from Delhi. I would definetely like to meet all you guys there ( if this thread continues for future meets too).

OT again: I was brought up in Manipal. Stayed near MIT. Studied in Madhava Kripa. Dad worked for Syndicate Bank. Sadly now in B'lore.

Stayed in M'lore too.. In Lalbagh, Near Saibeen complex. Aah I just love Pabba's Ice cream! Nothing like it in Bangy.

Would love to meet you guys sometime.

Nice to hear that . +1 for Pabbas ice cream , i've never missed it in any of my visits there. In fact last time i took my wifey there ( shes a punjabi ) and she liked it too.

I think we should start a thread on Mangalore itself unless it's allowed to discuss these things on this thread but i'm feeling really elated bumping into this thread..Hope you guys don't mind

Thanks for the warm welcome. I've subscribed to this thread and would be around participating if not meeting up :(..I guess it's also about bonding besides regular meets.

Oh is it? Which airline is that ..In school days we used to take IA flight from Delhi to Bang and from there to Mangalore.

I was recently checking on the spicejet website and i don't think they have a direct flight. Maybe KF has it ( Mallya connection

).

. Going by my Driving spree (.Closest to Mangalore being on my spark from Delhi -Mumbai - Goa - Karnataka (Belgaum) -Indore - Delhi ) i might just end up driving down to Mangalore for my sisters wedding in August last week
