Brake Pads..

One of the brake pad needs replacement and ASC says they do not have single pad, they have only a set (for 2 wheels) and they will charge for both.

Please advise. Is this the case with Maruti ASCs?

That is normal, you have to replace pads or shoes on both (L & R) wheels i.e. 4 pads. Ditto for the rotors or brake drums.

Follow their advice. They are not trying to rip you off.
