I am currently using a Skoda Superb 1.8 TSi (DSG). Today, I felt like pushing the car on Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai, hence put the car on Sport (S) Mode.

I noticed that in S2 @ 4000rpm, it was hesitant to shift to S3. When I lowered the throttle input, it shifted to S3. On S4, it held at 4000rpm and I noticed a considerable drop in power. I didn't wish to be waylaid and out of fear, out it in Drive (D). And it was as though nothing was wrong. It pulled smoothly till 3000rpm in D6 at ~110kmph. On my way back, repeated the same and the issue (drop in power - rpm stonewalled at 4000 - not shifting to S4) recurred in Sport mode. Back in drive mode and life's normal. What do I make of this?

Got a VCD scan done and these were the fault codes. I live in Navi Mumbai and would like advise on who has the competence to solve this problem in the Superb.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention this in my previous post... Yes. The ABS, TC & hand brake alarms are flashing intermittently.

Update:
I had been to JMD Skoda Bhandup. They have diagnosed the ABS-TC-Brake warning to the ABS Control Unit that has gone kaput. Replacement will cost about ₹1,65,000/-
I need help folks. I'm not in a position to shell out that kinda money. Sourcing options and reliable workshop details if any would be life saving in my predicament.

Hello,

I have a grand i10 automatic TC ran about 9,000 km. Yesterday and once before, when the car was at standstill, there were vibrations or shudder around gearbox and the dashboard. I shifted to park, shut off the engine and restarted. After that it did not reoccur.

Anyone else facing the issue and what can be the problem?
