+1. Mine has done nearly 185K now and the shifting is as good when it was bought. However, I had once opened the Gear console lever to only lubricate it.
It looks my 2015 Swift VXi needs some parts replacement, the car has done 38,000 kms. Its not exactly identified as a problem as yet, but I do prefer to replace Lower Arms. Stabilizer links have started to have a leak, and Ball Joints aren't in the best of their health either.
If possible, may I get the OE numbers for :
1. Stablizer Link LH and RH
2. Lower Arms LH and RH.

Dear Shashi,
Apparently this part is a manual operated antenna, whereas I am looking for the "power assisted" antenna assembly.
As per Maruti Suzuki genuine parts stockist in Bengaluru, the power assisted antenna assembly is neither in stock nor supplied by MGP team. Hence I am clueless presently; appreciate if you can help me to find any alternate solution.

Sujith

Apologies. The parts list which Maruti has, mentions only the regular antenna, and nothing about the powered one. Hence your MGP stockist is clueless. They also mention nothing about the alloys which Baleno came with. :Frustrati
Nevertheless, made a manual search and got this part number, place an order and now you'll surely get the right part. :)
Part No: 39250M63G20
Name: POWER ANTENNA SET-BALENO
Price: Rs. 3476

PS: Do share detailed pics once it reaches you.

Another thing I'd like to point out is that its production has stopped and only left over piece/pieces are left for sale. So please place an order as soon as possible, we don't know how many are left.

Hi Shashi sir,
Some time back you had updated with the part number of the CNG filter of 2016 Wagonr but in the CNG manual there are two filters and the car also some times stalls even after changing the filter. So if it is possible can you check if 2016 Wagonr CNG comes with 2 filters, if yes then the part number of the second filter and if possible the location as the MGP outlet here was clueless and so is my FNG. Thanks in advance.

Hey Buddy, apologies for not being able to help you earlier. Blame it on my relatively low knowledge of CNG models. Nevertheless, thanks to your persistent nudging, I actually went through CNG's service manual to see what all the fuss is about! lol:

Definitely there are two filters in the CNG line, but the MGP Parts manual mentions nothing about the 2nd filter. After searching the entire CNG manual, this is what I got to learn. One is a normal CNG filter, whose part number I have mentioned in past and will again mention. The other is actually inside the pressure regulator. But the issue is, there is no mention of the filter in Parts manual(AFAIK, and hence the delay).
However the service manual speaks about replacing the filter, o-ring and springs, which gave me hint that probably MSIL sells it as some kit. And that was exactly the case.
Attaching a pic of the process of regulator filter removal from the manual. However be very careful while handling the regulator because if you somehow manage to ruin it, its replacement part will cost you around 22k.
So to conclude, there are two CNG filters:
1. Normal one:
Name: FILTER COMP CNG
Part No: 15410M67L70
Price: Rs 1050
2. Regulator rebuild kit
Part No: 15616M67L70
Name: OVERHAULING KIT CNG(FILTER SPRING A
Price: Rs. 1275

Dear Forum Members
I have an Old Maruti Suzuki Baleno Vxi (2005). The parts I am looking for are
95141_65GB0 A/c belt
43402_54G12. Wheel Hub R/H
They are not available in the local Maruti Stores. is there any place in Bangalore or Mumbai where I can try my luck? I would be grateful for your help.
Thanks

Did you ask the MGP store to order them for you ? Usually, if a part isn't available in Bangalore, they offer to order it from Delhi and it takes about 2 weeks. I'm in a similar situation waiting for an inexpensive part for last 2 weeks and last I heard it will be available later this week.

For G series engines, you need to change a host of other parts also and this makes it a bit complex, so make sure your mechanic is competent.
Name: DAMPER TENSIONER SPRING
Part Number: 12823-82001
Price: Rs. 165
Name: SPRING TENTIONER
Part Number: 12821M70C00
Price: Rs.5 |
These 2 parts weren't available at the local MGP store, the store guy said none of the stores in Bangalore had it, so he ordered them from Delhi. It took quite a long time, almost a month now and finally got them today. However, the "DAMPER TENSIONER SPRING" (12823-82001) isn't in production, so the
Alternate part given has the Part Name "
SET, SPRING TENSIONER" and Part No.is "
12808M50G00" and price is around
Rs.7 (you had mentioned Rs.165).
I wasn't too sure if this is the correct part, so wanted to clarify with you. This spring looks similar to the Tensioner Spring (12821M70C00), but it has double clips at both ends of the spring. Here are a couple of pictures - the part in it's packaging and the part itself.

Shashi, is the float of the brake-fluid container of A-Star Automatic available as a separate part ? If so, what is the part number ?
If not, the part number of the full assembly ?
Thanks !!!

Firstly, your first part number is obsolete. The part number you need to quote at an MGP store is:
95141M65GB0
If you want to save yourself from the hassles of running behind the MGP stores, consider placing an order on Boodmo, sharing the links:

Regarding 12823-82001, it is very much on sale. The only reason why MGP store is not procuring it and giving excuses because it comes in a pack of 10, and they don't want to end up with a dead inventory of 9 unsold pieces. Try placing an order on Boodmo, they atleast won't reject your order based on this excuse.
One thing I'm very sure, 12808M50G00(root part no: 12821-82002) and 12823-82001 aren't interchangeable since their root numbers don't match. Even Boodmo mentions them as interchangeable but I don't understand how this:

and this:

are same.
One probability is that the 12808M50G00 is a single replacement for the spring and damper combo(two parts 12821M70C00 and 12823-82001) because it says SPRING SET.

Thanks for confirming this, I was confused after seeing the damper spring in the service manual diagram and the one given to me by the MGP store, hence the question.

Let me check this today at another MGP store, they claimed they will get the part today, if not I think the DMS software is confusing these guys since the person at the other store also showed me on the screen that it's an alternate part (or these guys are using/interpreting the DMS incorrectly). If this fails, I will order from boodmo.
