Re: My Skoda Vrs. The silver beast comes home!

Great pickup man, silver is the way to go!!! the car is mint condition. Any plans on modding it? I would do a Intake, resanator delete, and a remap which will make the car very fun to drive!!

Yes bro, I'm planning to go for a carbonio intake and maybe a stage 1 remap a few months down the line. But what is this 'resanator delete'? Never heard of it before.

Well, I can say your car doesn't look that good! I meant to say as compared to the deal you got this car, man 3.5L looks very reasonable for a well maintained Skoda. Congrats.

dont do a carbonio intake its a waste of money in my opinion if its the stock replacement box. and the resanator delete is a piece in the exhaust system you should get rid of. these cars have small k03 turbo's which have no top end because its basically made for low end torque. if you do a resanator delete it will free up the exhaust but it will have a slight lag but it will definately make up for it top end by alot. the resanator is in between the muffler and the cat convertor.

Re: My Skoda Vrs. The silver beast comes home!

Welcome to the club.Mine's June 2006 Magic black.Done 30.1k.Been 1 year that he's been with me and you know what..I have no plans to upgrade in the near future.Clean RSs are more of a rarity now and congrats on having gotten your hands on this out and out sports sedan. They don't make 'em like this anymore.

On another note:Keep the RS stock and it'll reward you with its killer performance + reliability combo which honestly is the best way to enjoy an RS.Make sure your car has had a timing belt & water pump change done.Enjoi.

hey, I was just kidding. Though I'm no aware of pre-owned car prices, but the price you mentioned for it looks a steal deal. Thats why I told you that you got a better deal than the car itself! Hope its clear this time.

Re: My Skoda Vrs. The silver beast comes home!

Lovely deal.

A clean and well maintained RS with such low mileage is very very rare.
I could not find one last year and bought the Laura Tsi.

And keep it stock.
It's a work of art.

Cheers!
