Re: The Bull II (TB II) - M&M MHawk Scorpio LX 4x4 Thank you so much Sachin. OTR is on the agenda and the passenger seat is reserved for you. Quote:

Loved the rat filter idea - very useful. Now you need to turn out for a OTR in your new bull
I volunteer for the passenger seat - should this happen. |
Thank you Ashish. In any case I don't buy that old cars. At the most 2 years old.
And let Ankush ask this question.. Quote:

Thank you Amol. M&M has indeed come out with a reasonably priced true 4x4 version. Quote:

Dhanyavaad Dagdhar babu. TB II was not the reason for the cancellation of the trip. I would've then in any case gone in The Bull. Quote:

Thanks v&v. The camera & the parking sensors are not integrated; they are independent of each other. While the camera shows up on the music system's console, parking sensors have their own small display that sits atop the RVM. Quote:

Thank you Roadie. Pictures of the interior are going to take some time. Bear with me.. Quote:

Thanks Dev. Right now I don't have the figure for the insurance but it was definitely lesser than what the Showroom quoted. The Regn process is still going on as I've asked for a specific number. I might have to pay a bit more. You can take out the calculator and add up the figures. I still have to pay some more and also the labour to Manoj for installing the rat mesh and configuring the rear DRLs.
The dampening material is quite heavy. I shall not be able to comment on the NVH factor as being a new vehicle it was quite silent on its own and with this put on it certainly must've reduced further. I'm using the OSRAM Night Breakers - I mentioned that above. No? Still not satisfied with the HLs's focussing. Need to have a session with Manoj to rectify this and then only can comment.
Pictures are slowly coming up. Quote:

1. How much did you pay for the insurance?
2. Were you able to get the regn done cheaper than what is quoted by the dealer? If so, by how much?
3. What did the mods cost you?
4. How heavy is the damping material and how effective is it?
5. What HL bulbs are you using and how is the HL throw now compared to the OEM bulbs if you have changed them?
And lastly, there is not one good picture of the vehicle after all the mods. Please post lots of interior exterior, ICE and other relevant pictures of your Bull. Happy Motoring. |
Thanks Harry. It indeed calls for a celebration. When is your trip to the North? Quote:

The snap of the two black brothers looks nice. Do put up additional snaps of TBII in detail.
First new vehicle purchase calls for a rousing celebration !
Will be reading with great interest the adventures of TBII here.
Wishing you many, many delightful miles with the new member of the family.

Thanks Nilanjan. The beast has already done two trips to Sariska and back and a brief mention of that is on my Sariska travelogue. Quote:

Thanks WhiteKnight. Some years back on TBHP I had done this comparison and I don't remember under what section it was done. You will have to search for it. Nothing has changed between then & now.. Quote:
