Saw two GVs in two days while going to work (one black, one silver), seems the sales are picking up. They have quite good road presence and look fresh and better than the new CRV which IMO has been overdone. its my opinion only and would not like to start any fight with the CRV followers.

The GV and CRV fall into completely different categories, frankly they should not be compared. CRV is a luxurious on-road city rider. Meanwhile, there is nothing luxurious about GV, it is 4 lakhs cheaper and it is basically an all-terrain vehicle.

Finally saw a GV today and I somehow was reminded of the swift's front. Did any of you guys feel the same ?

I liked the road presence and the owner was kind enough to let me step into the GV.

Any reason for not considering Tucson in the list ?

Samurai has mentioned about the lackadaisical attitude of the Hyundai dealers regarding Tucson.

They denied it is discontinued, even promised delivery in 8 days upon order for any colour. But they failed to send even the test drive vehicle.

I think it would be quite a few more lakhs actually - its more than 20 lakhs on-road at Delhi & would be costing more in Samurai's neck of the woods

I did. I feel the Swift, SX4 and the GV look similar from the front. Not identical but similar.
