You are right Dippy. I also saw a report in BS Motoring that waxed eloquent on the "Fun to Drive" qoutient of the San Storm. I mean, its OK to cut costs by sourcing materials from existing vendors, but if you can't even build, how do you make something fun?
Anyway, I suppose its one convertible that is all Indian (except of course the engine).

while its a badly made example of a convertible car, we need to respect that it was Indias' first convertible.

BTW, Is this thing stille made? Is the factory still running?

It isnt Indias first. Among others, there was the Standard Herald Convertible. And the Gypsy (if you can count it as a car)

The Herald? What about the Baby Hindustan? That was definitely older and was also floor shift.
