I think it is more than an "edge" . I think it is as wide as a "ledge" . Skoda fabio is clearly overpriced

The Only thing it is not in India. So since its overpriced, its not worth buying.

skmami - Which car are you buying then?

That is a million dollar question.

To be frank I have not decided yet. My next option is, Honda CVT but it does not have neither airbags nor ABS.

I wish Grande Punto was here. Please can you make some recommendations.

Saw a white one parked in GK day before yesterday, not impressive at all. Looks too similar to the Swift & too over priced looking at what they're offering for the money.

Skmami - Why not the SX4 Zxi? Seems you want safety equipment as top priority.

what are you saying? i have seen quite a few fabias by now. how does it look like a swift? swift is broad. fabia is narrow and long. and all hatchbacks look a bit like each other anyway. doesnt the swift look like a cheap replica of the mini?

white fabia-everytime i look at one, it looks more and more gorgeous. i found it the best of the best. did not like the silver one though.

hmm...nice observation. here's what i think: swift is a cheap copy of the mini. maybe. but fabia is a cheaper copy of the swift, and looks like they screwed up with it badly. now hows that for another POV ?

I think the looks aspect is always going to be down to personal taste. No point in arguing about it.

@ nishantgandhi : No one on the forum would be complaining so much if the onroad price of the top end diesel was 7.5L.

top end diesel costs 8.96 onroad mumbai.

My apologies. I havent yet seen his car and just believed his word. I guess he must have bought the Classic model which is at INR 7.42 lacs. For a guy at 72 years, I guess a factory fitted MP3 player, power windows etc qualify as 'top end'
