Day 3 of ownership and tata issues showing up ... a little condensation inside the driver side headlamp.... going to the dealer to get the whole damn thing changed today ...

aww...tell me u r going to some dealer in Delhi and not driving again to Punjab?
Also, did u consider getting the extended warranty?

yup sanya motors in okhla is where i'll be going ... no more punjab for a while
ex warranty was got extra 2 yrs and 75,000 Kms making it 4 yrs 1,50,000 Kms
the civic got 1 yr extended free
the accent will get the extended warranty too

4 yrs shuld be good for your truck and for your pocket and time too! How much did the extension from 2 to 4 cost you?
And when did THE CIVIC happen?

The safari just got Xenons in head lamps and fogs, a reverse cam with night vision and 16 inch shiny shoes

Where did you get the Xenon's from, and could you post some pics and the cost breakup?

Yup ... stock tires .. 16 inch chrome wheels
essentially there are 2 chineese / korean hid kits out there one in the range of 5-6k and the other 7-8 k in price fore the head lamps and this integrates the high & lows in one bulb the cheaper one comes under the Bosch name and the exp one under siemens,,, from what i have heard the range of the bosch kit(in terms of light throw) is very short, though I havent seen it personally, the headlamp "Siemens" kit I am very happy with the illumination and the range, for the accent i may get this one but lets see if some one will install the bosch and let me see the range.

Do give your opinion in terms of comparison between the stock bulbs and the HIDS? Where in delhi did u get them installed? How much time did it take to install them?

took about 2 hours to install them and it was done at automarc in def col near flavors ... the comparison between the stock and xenons ... wow there is no comparison in terms of visibility and the way the "car" looks

So you got the Siemens kit which has low and high beam and it costed 8k?
